Im Rosina, the founder of Alrose, a luxury, family owned beauty brand built with the belief that every woman deserves to feel confident, polished, and taken care of. Creating a truly elevated experience for my clients has always been my biggest priority — from the results we deliver to the atmosphere and attention to detail in the salon. I take pride in building a space where busy women can step away from their routines, relax, and leave feeling like the best version of themselves. Through growing my own business, I’ve also developed a passion for helping other beauty professionals build successful businesses with the same level of care, confidence, and high standards
